LEAD TIME:
Each piece of jewellery is carefully crafted & made to order so please allow +- 10 business days for manufacture from receipt of payment.
LOCAL & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
All parcels will be sent via Fedex Express door to door courier.
All parcels will be tracked using a tracking code. No parcels will be in transit over the weekend so scheduled collection for Friday’s are not possible.
o Domestic shipping delivery time: 1 – 3 business day for delivery
o International shipping delivery time: + – 5 business days for delivery.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and delivery details.
RETURN POLICY:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase returns will be considered on a case by case basis within 5 days of receipt of goods.
Each item needs to be returned unworn, unused, undamaged & in its original packaging
The cost of the returned item will be at your own expense – We will gladly schedule the collection through our courier if needed.
Refunds as stated on the invoice will be 50% of the total paid amount excluding the delivery fee or an online store credit will be offered. All custom made jewellery orders , earrings ( for hygiene reasons) & sale items are final sale.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT LANDING COSTS
Customs policies on imports vary from country to country, please make sure you are aware of your own countries importing goods procedure, permits, product restrictions and their costs involved should they apply prior to ordering as you may be liable to pay customs and import duties on the good received from Pretty Found Things.
A CHAIN IS AS STRONG AS ITS WEAKEST LINK:
Unfortunately we can not take responsibility for broken chains. Naturally chains are very delicate & must to be handled with great care when worn and kept. The replacement for gold chains are R1000+ & R180.00 for silver, length dependent.
THOSE FREE SPIRITED DIAMONDS:
Generally speaking fine pin claw, pave & micro pave settings have been known to have diamonds sometimes pop out. We will gladly replace these diamonds at no additional charge within three months of purchase should this by chance happen. Beyond three months from purchase the cost will depend on the size of the diamond needed to be replaced.

INSURANCE:
Packages can be insured at the customer’s request & expence, let us know if we secure cover while your parcel is in transit.
